What's On My Grocery List?


Here is a list of my groceries that I am constantly replenishing. I don't always have all of these at the same time. I switch up my protein options weekly etc... but here is basically what I always get:


MEAT + FISH

  • 99% Lean Ground Turkey

  • Turkey Burgers

  • Salmon

  • Chicken Breast

  • Shrimp

  • Scallops


DAIRY

  • Eggs

  • Egg Whites in a carton

  • Feta Cheese

  • Cottage Cheese (I specifically love the little containers of Pineapple cottage cheese from Trader Joes. SO GOOD, and such a yummy high protein snack.)

  • Almond Milk coffee creamer

  • String Cheese


FRUITS + VEGGIES

  • Lemons

  • Limes

  • Apples

  • Grapefruit

  • Bananas

  • Celery

  • Cucumbers

  • Green Beans

  • Brussels Sprouts

  • Broccoli

  • Bell Peppers

  • Asparagus

  • Mushrooms

  • Avocados

  • Sweet Potatoes

  • Spinach


PANTRY

  • Raw Nuts

  • Oatmeal (Specifically I use Kodiak Cakes Protein Oatmeal - fast + easy before work)

  • Rice Cakes

  • Quinoa

  • Basmati Rice

  • Spices (Turmeric, Cayenne Pepper, Cinnamon, )

  • Honey (local honey is best)

  • Apple Cider Vinegar


OTHER

  • Hummus

  • Salsa

  • Garlic

  • Olive Oil

  • Hot Sauce

  • Unsalted Peanut Butter

  • Sparkling Water

  • Tea: Green Tea, Peppermint Tea, Chai Tea

  • Lara Bars


I think that's about it. I'll do a separate post with all of the supplements + vitamins that I take! I'll link everything. I also want to be clear that Cameron's grocery list *unfortunately* looks VERY different from mine haha I am the mother of a picky eater. (More on that in a separate post lol)
